About Arykah

Since becoming an attorney, I have represented both individuals and companies in general commercial and civil lawsuits, including employment disputes, contract disputes, civil rights violations and personal injury. Since 2011, I have dedicated my practice to representing employees in cases involving: discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and unemployment claims. I have a life long commitment to civil  rights, public interest and defending employee rights.

I focus on representing employees in all aspects of employment-related disputes. I am a  zealous advocate for employee rights and devote my expertise and skill to achieving exceptional results for my clients.  I am dedicated to fighting employers who believe they are above the law. Nothing is as satisfying as bringing these corrupt employers to justice. I recognize that my success is based on client loyalty and that loyalty comes not only from results but also from being available for my clients and responding quickly to my client’s needs. If you need experienced and aggressive representation by a New Jersey employment attorney who will fight passionately for your rights, please contact me.

While I am not originally from New Jersey, I have lived here since 2005 and have developed a deep affection for the state and its residents. I reside in Haddon Heights with my husband, N. Ryan Trabosh, who is a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney as well as a Municipal Court Judge. Enforcing the laws of this state and making New Jersey a better place for its citizens is of the utmost importance to my husband and myself.

New Jersey Employee Rights Attorney

At the Supreme Court of the United States, June 9, 2014

Family is of great importance to my husband and myself and we enjoy sharing our professional accomplishments with our extended families. For instance, on June 9, 2014, Ryan, his father, and I were sworn in before the Supreme Court of the United States. It was a great experience and one that we were grateful we could do together. Ryan and I also welcomed the birth of our daughter, Sienna, in January 2015. Having a daughter has strengthened my resolve and determination to make our community a better place, one free from discrimination and bias, and one with a level playing field for women in the workforce.

Thank you for taking the time to review my website. Please contact me should you have an employment matter you wish to discuss.
